So the day after the job interview, my boyfriend (let’s call him Evan) texted me that he got the job and he started yesterday and I’m so happy for him. I said congratulations but he didn’t respond to me. I haven’t heard from him since Tuesday. I texted Evan good luck on the first day of the job and I love you but he didn’t respond. I know he saw it because it said “read”. Hopefully he’ll text me back today. My bestie (let’s call her Francie) told me I need to block Evan because she saw his instagram yesterday evening (she’s not following him) story that he is celebrating his new job with his girlfriend and our guy friend (let’s call him Eddy) was right all along. I told her, “Oh no not you too! How do you know that girl is his girlfriend? It can be anyone. He has a sister.”
Francie said, “Hello! That’s not his sister! That’s another woman and they kissed. Look at the story. WAKE UP!”

Francie said, “I told you! Eddy also told you so! Face it, you were wrong. Can’t be perfect and right all the time. We warned you. We told you he was no good. Drop Evan before you get hurt even more. Do it. No exceptions, arguing back or nothing. Plus Eddy was just looking out for you. He OBVIOUSLY is in love with you and you took him for granted! He may not be good looking or 6’5, but he is boyfriend material. You’ve just been paying attention to guys that are out of your league and jerks. Let go of that stupid check list!”

Why are tall, good looking guys such jerks, especially to tall women? I’m 6’1” a little chubby but curvy. Can’t believe Evan cheated on me! My parents and siblings were right too.
