@Howudoin it's insane how expensive food is now.
I don't understand why more people dont cook at home.
Hell, at the supermarket you can buy something like 200+ types of soup: dried, canned, premade, packet , in a pouch or a tub or long life carton ....so many 🤷

@OogieBoogie you can for sure. However, now that I think about it more, last I looked at canned soup at the supermarket, just a couple days ago, the average price is around $3 a can.
No thanks, I'll buy canned chili, which is more filling, for less!

@Howudoin I’m just saying soup it’s really a side to the chicken and vegetable rice that I wanted because that’s all I could keep down while sick.

@Lexiitexii maybe this event can give you an example of why it's good to keep such items for times like this ?
I always keep a few cup-a-soups, and cans of soup in the cupboard, long life milk and noodles .
You never know when something like this can happen and you get stuck at home sick 🤷

@OogieBoogie Just because I asked him for food that I wanted, didn’t mean I was missing food. It’s more about ring able to rest and not cook on the day that I’m sick. He asked me what do I need. So I’m like aww that’s nice I just want my fav sick food. Not because my fridge is empty or because I don’t have food. Have a guy never brought you food before ?

He asked if you needed anything , you said soup.

All I'm saying is, you can prevent this situation and prepare for it for next time .🤷

@OogieBoogie It’s not about it being soup, I have soup, it’s about me resting and not having to cook while I’m sick and getting a healthy meal already made. That’s allllllllllll.

@OogieBoogie Good for you that you have soup the meal I got was veggie fried rice and chicken and soup. It doesn’t take rocket science to see that I just wanted a meal from my fav spot. I had a fever and body aches I could not cook. Lucky for me I still got what I wanted 🙂
