Until this year I'd never heard of the concept of 'love languages' and thought that it was basically defined as 'sex' (romance, making out, making love, intercourse, etc) but apparently I'm wrong. I'm very scared/frightened of everything to do with sex and romance so i've never considered what might be a 'love language'.

Apparently there are 5 original ones, and now it's been re-defined into 7 categories. Thinking about them makes me feel like it's very similar to personality types and gender pronouns - all very 'woke' stuff that really is not necessary.

Honestly, does it *need* to be categorised like it's a 'test' of a person's romantic/intimate relationship abilities and a woman (and/or man) will assess his (or her) partner based on the 'selection criteria' of love language prowess?
