How do you handle a woman's insecurities?

I have run into this problem pretty frequently. Sometimes she'll be jealous of a woman in my life, othertimes she'll feel like she isn't enough for the job she wants. Hell, I've run into girls who get jealous of their sister-in-law or are struggling to get mommies approval. I get how they feel, but I honestly choke every time.

How do you soothe a situation over like that?

Help her to feel accepted, build her up. She has probably had many people in life who spent years tearing her down little by little.

It’ll take work, let her know you are there for her. When she is acting jealous or insecure about the relationship you could always ask her how or in what ways can you help her to feel more secure. She’ll be able to tell you what she needs. She won’t always be perfect with it, but if you’re willing to open the communication and allow her to be open about how she feels and what she needs you can make it work. Just remember it’s a two way street. Just as she has needs that need to be met so do you, so be open with her about your needs as well.
