I need suggestions to propose a girl I am afraid of rejections.

Guys i had not proposed and date with a girl, right now I'm loving a girl in my class, she talks with me casually I am willing to propose her but I am afraid of rejection. Give me suggestions guys.

@MohanKrishnaRao: it's just an infatuation. It's natural for a teenager to feel an attraction for a pretty girl in their class. They mistake it for love. Some waste time their time chasing wrong girl and realize it when it's too late. I have seen this for many of my friends.
