I would not recommend it:
- he could confuse his feelings for you when all he wanted was not to be alone or lonely
- you won't get 100% of his attention when he has to focus on the divorce matters. You wouldn't want to be in the middle of all that drama.

Wait until the divorce is finalised -- less chance of trouble that way.

{@wendylopez43] interesting point he is moving on even though he is a middle of a court case . my only worry for you is the wife does not try and implicate you as a cause of the divorce proceedings

@smiler2012 and @being
I have been through a divorce myself and one thing is true - divorce starts usually long before any papers are filed.
So when someone is "going through a divorce", it is only verbal UNLESS they are going through the legal process.
It is kind of like calling someone a fiance. Only verbal until papers are filed.

I’m not sure 🤔 what I did as the guy, dated women while waiting for divorce with fully good intentions but found myself leaving them as I wanted, while free, to experience more women. Not pretty, but true.
being · 36-40, F
depends if he is now getting the divorce...and going through the pain and all, or if he's been struggling a decade now to get it and finally he managed!..

I think a lot of people might *say* they are getting ready to divorce just to make it sound good.
Probably better to keep looking.

If they're busy getting divorced and they're separated, I see no issue with it.
