Doubting and accusing

If your partner is doubting you that you have someone else but you are not guilty and you're faithful. How would you feel? And what will you do?

I'd tell the person that the truth always comes out, so if he thinks you're really cheating, he will find out at some point. Ask him what he's basing it off of, multiple clues, or his own paranoia
