Initially our year-to-year sales doubled (we manufacture hobby related stuff). I think that was because everyone was being encouraged to stay at home and they were spending at least some of that time doing their hobbies.
But as the CARES stimulus died off we noticed that sales started to dip. And since the election, coupled with the lack of movement on another stimulus package.... we have seen our year-to-year sales running at about 50% of years past.
People are nervous, and we have learned over the years that when people are nervous they do not spend money....
So to answer your question... yes, we have been affected by Covid.
