Is there an age where romantic love doesn't mean anything anymore ?

I mean where people can't fall in love anymore because they see things way too clearly?

When you have had bad enough experiences... I don't think it's about age but how you see life.

@SW-User I think you're right. It's sad if happens before 30.

I think romantic love is totally unrelated to age for some people. A couple of my friends just fell head over heels in love and married. He is in his 70's and she is in her 60's.

@exexec bravo! I wonder what's their secret.

I think it is for some that have been hurt in the past and have closed themselves off... often just to protect themselves from being hurt again. I thought i was one of those but my feelings in this way are as strong as ever.
We call those people jaded and age is not a factor.

Not as far as I know. For me it'll carry on right into old age.
