What do you think of Polygamy?

@Qwerty14 May I ask why you believe it's 'wrong'?

@RedwoodBarman Every culture that has ever adopted it has done so usually for sexist reasons. The idea that women are just property for men to own. Humans are monogamous for the most part. We rely on trust and loyalty and we get hurt when others betray that. If you can't commit to one person then you aren't mature enough to be in a relationship.

@Qwerty14 I'll be honest, I was expecting a religion-related retort of some sort. This is a fair and well made argument.

@Qwerty14 no one said it's a harem, you're mixing something entirely different here, imagine 2 women and 3 men for instance.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic I never said a harem either. But it's clear that a harem is the most likely case and has been how polygamy has been practised in the past.

@Qwerty14 Well yes, because of power. When you're in power and have wealth I think there is little you can't do. You could bend the rules. I'm pretty sure women would do something like this if they could.
