Is it weird for a guy to date a woman who looks like his sister?
My brother's girlfriend looks just like me and everyone seems to see it except for him.

A little weird but I would not read much into it. He may admire you or look up to you and unconsciously select someone that looks like his family.
My brother once dated a girl that was a dead ringer for our younger cousin( that is very troubled and caused us a lot of problems)
When I first met her I was confused and shocked. For 30 seconds I thought that it was our cousin. Everyone said the same. He did not see it and I know that he hates this cousin.
