Why does he have to make me fall for him when all he wanted was friendship?

He showed me he cared. He always share food and other stuff with me. Made me laugh when I'm sad or bored. He made me feel like I'm special in more ways than one but in the end he told me that I'm only his bestfriend.

Why are you arguing with me because I told a girl to be thankful for what she has? How did you even catch that he's leading her on from this entirely one-sided post? If anything, it seems like he's just being nice because he genuinely cares for her. He probably doesn't have any idea what he's doing or how she's feeling, boys are damn clueless. He can't just catch feelings for her because she's hopelessly in love with him. That's not how this works. Sorry that I'm not bending over backwards to make her feel better.
