Has anyone here used the dating app Happn?

I downloaded it yesterday just for fun... I shows other users nearby which you can like of dislike (like Tinder I suppose, although I only used Tinder a while ago, briefly) and if two users "like" each other then they get notified that they have a "crush". Lo and behold, I got two "crushes" today, and one of them apparently lives in my same building (or visits here a lot). Except that the "chat" feature doesn't seem to be working. The "Chat" option gets enabled when there's a "crush", but I click on "chat" and nothing happens... I even subscribed to the "premium" version wondering if that was the problem, but no... I contacted support already to see what's going on, but wondered if anyone here has used it...? Is it worth...?
