I friended a girl on an online dating app, but now she's texting every 5 minutes. What do I do

I've been feeling lonely the past few weeks since the quarantine. I don't have too many friends, so I decided to download an app called Meet Me, and friended this girl. We exchanged numbers, and became friends. But now, she's constantly texting me asking me to talk to her every 5 minutes. This is a problem becaues I'm not always available. I could be doing other things and are not able to answer the phone. I might discontinue our relationship. I don't know what to do.
