Pregnancy & dating...

The guy I've been seeing (who is widowed) just found out a few days ago that his ex fling may be pregnant with his child. He swears up & down he doesn't want to lose me & he doesn't have feelings for her, but of course he wants to be in the child's life.

I have so many trust issues with men with baby mamas...

Please, advice!

He has the right to see the child IF IT IS TRULY HIS CHILD. He should really consider going to get tested before supporting this child. If he found out when the kid was 10 it's not his... he'd be really f*** pissed.

As for you, you may become 'second' on his priority list once that child is born. You'll have to consider whether that is OK with you or break it off now. You don't want to be that 'woman' who watches from a distance another family being raised... ya just don't.

so, you are saying the woman might be lying about the baby being his but not talking about maybe he should have worn a condom and not taken the chance of making a baby with a woman he only wanted horizontally?????

He should have known not to stick his D in there and get her preggo but yes, tons of women lie and say it's this man's baby. If he doesn't recall doing her 9 months ago then that could be a problem.

@mleok29: then why not start there...he's a dog led by his weenie instead of right away accusing the woman of lying. I'll bet he has babies all over the place. Stick up for your sisters!!

Well, i'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt. But kids will occupy ALL his time... his ex will make sure that occurs. Just think for yourself and what you desire out of this. If you wanna be the kids step-mom (essentially), then go for it.

This woman recently found out she was pregnant & has supposedly only slept with him & one other man in the time frame. She called him up asking if he wanted to be with her cause she's pregnant & doesn't believe in abortion but already has two kids from her ex husband. They had a long discussion & he let her know he had no feelings for her but would step up & be in the child's life, also let the woman (who is five years older then him) know he is seeing me.

How much money does the man make... you say there's 2 men she slept with and it sounds like maybe she could have chosen one who's better 'fit' financially. But like I said, benefit of the doubt, the child could truly be his. Then he's up for a lot of growing up to do!

@Thisoneplace: SO HE SAYS

@mleok29: he's in the military. Just this morning after their long talk on Saturday, she texted him calling him a POS cause he doesn't want to be with her & is now saying she may get an abortion...
Fernie · F
@Thisoneplace: clearly you are 100% on his side so there's no point in talking to you. Blame her if it means you can "keep your man" very sad

@Thisoneplace: Military means he can retire at like 40.

@mleok29: ??? what does that even mean? He impregnated a woman he wants nothing to do with. He's a selfish pig...wake up

I didn't say that at all, these are all the things he's told me. I don't know what to believe, nor expect... But I know women can pull the pregnancy card to get a man's attention. She really could be pregnant... She could be lying. It could be the other mans, she could be upset that he's seeing me & wanted to lure him in... He could be lying.. I DONT KNOW. Anything I could ask him or ways to let him know I'm not going to fuck around & be lied to or stepped on if I continue to see him.
I am worried, I do have trust issues..

@Thisoneplace: you want to believe she lied to trap him...get with him...keep him. That is all you say. He is a POS. You need to move the hell on and find a MAN... not a selfish "it's not my fault" little boy. Stop enabling him. Red flags everywhere but you refuse to see them.

It's actually not uncommon for a woman to lie about being pregnant???
