Look at this logically:
It's hard to prevent someone looking at you. If you allow everyone who looks at you to touch you, you quickly develop a reputation.
Chances are good that when you think SHE'S thinking, Ha-ha, poor schlub, look but don't touch, ha-ha!...she doesn't even know you're there.
