women, do you feel it's the mans job to approach you if he likes you, or do you sometimes start the ball rolling?

I'm a bit old fashioned and I prefer the man do the leading/pursuing. I'm not into chasing men and have never had to.

Everyone is different. I don't think you pass up an opportunity because of perceived rules.

I like to be approached & pursued. Some women like to chase men. A lot of guys like that bc they can be lazy.
