Shall I wait or not?
After all these years, I finally found him, I think. Should I wait for him or open myself up to others? The real question is, will he still remembers me? Does he still feel the same way?

Go for it. If he feels the same, waiting is wasting time. If he doesn't, it's best to know sooner so you can stay changing your focus.
