Breaking Up With Someone You Love

How do you recover after having to break up with someone you love? I broke up with Emma because it became unhealthy for both of us; I was putting all of my effort in and falling into a depressive spiral and she fell out of love and only stayed for the physical contact.

You know I never broke it up, but someone I love was taken for me. Different healing techniques work with different people. I'm sorry you were in that situation I always listen to music and try to read a good book. I used to take medication for everything but I stopped because I was harming myself and also numbing the pain.
