If you know that someone isn't being faithful to his or her boyfriend or girlfriend, how can the person being cheated on be informed about it and ...

believe it's true? It's not fair that the person who's doing things behind his or her boyfriend's or girlfriend's back is getting away with it.

I would be sensitive and tactful, but I feel like they should know...I was appalled when I learned how many people knew my ex wife was cheating (including my own father) and never said a word about it. No, they may not believe you (at first anyway) and they might even get angry with you, but the seed is planted in their mind and they will be more alert and observant as to what is going on.

@indyjoe Would you be able to tolerate being seen in a bad light if they spread rumors about you because you chose to reveal the truth?

If I was being cheated on, I would like to know the truth.

@joahola98wj Like I said, they might get angry. They might cut me off and/or retaliate in some way...but I am one who has dealt with rumors all my life of one type or another. I know the truth and so do other people I know, so I'd just blow them off as I always have.
