Cosmetic surgery...what's peoples opinions?

@lulaluboo That's my take on it. But i know some people think there is a limit. So im just curious to see when people think its too much. Like boob jobs and butt implants vs botox or lipo.

@JacksonBlue i have a friend. A beautiful 27 year old woman. Shes tiny...4ft 9 and very slim with an athletic figure. 2 years ago she had breast implants because she felt self conscious of her flat chest. ( it was small...but not flat) she was happy with the results...but then felt top heavy....so had butt implants.
Now... she constantly says shes fat....i somehow think she'll never be happy....

@RubySoo unfortunately that is true for some people. I may be one of them lol.
