How do you deal with relationship anxiety?

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to relationships, and I’m not entirely sure what’s causing it. I would like to know how to help manage it. Falling in love should be fun, but for me, falling in love feels awful.

Most relationships don't work out in the long run. So fearing a love affair, and falling in love, is a healthy understandable reaction, not something to "get over." Love is a very risky experience.
