How do you deal with relationship anxiety?

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to relationships, and I’m not entirely sure what’s causing it. I would like to know how to help manage it. Falling in love should be fun, but for me, falling in love feels awful.

Depends on the relationship.. If you've had bad experiences or were or are in a questionable relationship then its understandable to feel that way . Or are you just anxious in general about everything?

@SStarfish I was in bad relationships before, but my last break up fucked me up in ways I am still figuring out. My partner hasn’t done anything wrong, yet I’m extremely anxious and won’t let my walls down for her.

Most relationships don't work out in the long run. So fearing a love affair, and falling in love, is a healthy understandable reaction, not something to "get over." Love is a very risky experience.
