Please Help?

Went to St. Louis to visit my gf. Stayed there for 7 days, just got back today. Met her family, friends, got to see her home and the area she lives in (museums and the park), got to eat amazing food.
Then she started getting overwhelmed. Her parents got married at our age, her friend just got engaged while I was there and she's our age, we spent 7 days together which is the longest amount of time we've spent together - it's been a crazy semester for her, too. She broke down yesterday night and today on the way back to where I'm from. I love her, and we always say and text that we love each other. But tonight she didn't say she loves me, and she told me doesn't want to see me tomorrow morning. I'm scared that our relationship is nearing it's end and I don't want it to. This should be a story but I made it a question cuz no one reads stories. I'm just so scared and overwhelmed and I can't stop obsessing over this. I'm terrified and I don't know what to do anymore.
