Why Do I Feel Like I Can't Tell My Girlfriend That I Want To Spend Time With Just Her?

She spends a lot of time with her friends which is awesome, and I like spending time with her friends cuz they're great people. But why is it that when I want to spend some quality time with just her, I can't express it?

Maybe you don't want her to think your to clingy, tell her that you would like to romance her and take her to a nice place to eat, tell her the truth that you would like to have some just you and her time, that you enjoy the time with her and her friends but you can use that us time to. One thing is at least she's not asking you not to go with her and her friends, shot if you can't talk to her about the situation, write her a love letter and mention it there.
