It happened once,but not on Christmas.I made a friend ,while travelling daily by bus to other town .She was nice,maybe at beginning..💁we talked a lot ,we shared every single day something new .I asked of her birthday.
I bought her a silver bracelet with some small green stones(as her eyes were deep green ) ,she used to wear silver jewellery.finally ,it reached her birthday,I gave her the gift ,I wished her happy birthday..idk what happened,from that day she got changed completely ,she was behaving like we never met ,we never talked ..I said nothing,there wasn't the time for explanations,expectations
I said let it be ..I reached to that point that I took other bus ,just to do not see her anymore .
Instead of appreciating the small gesture ,I received all this nonsense ignorance.
After all ,it's not about the money or how big or small is the gift ,but how to thank to someone ,how u make someone to feel on own birthday.

When I work in general reservations for the airline quite a few people called up and said I need to change the name on a ticket because I bought this for my girlfriend and now we broke up and I would have to say that it was not possible.

I don't regret the giving, but I was very upset to find she'd got rid of them, and she was very defensive when I asked how. They were not expensive, but items I had made.
