It's the person not which sex they are.

It's not about men or women, it's about personality. A shitty person is a shitty person, no matter if they're man or woman.

The “average” man and woman are about the same. But at the tail
of the extremes I would say men are more “evil” violent etc.

I don't think evil exclusive for one gender. Both are possessing different traits and manifest with different ways.
