Do you still check your ex's profile in social media?

I don't bother with much social media anyways, so the answer to both questions is no. I could care less who she might be with.

Not anymore. The last time I checked I found out that she was with someone so I deleted my profile from Facebook all together to avoid seeing her anymore.

It does hurt me as fuck for seeing that because she practically ruined my life but let people do as they please and I'm making my efforts to heal from it.
