@WendyLopez43 I really do like snails...escargot. I've had them several times. They are typically sauteed with a lot of butter, garlic, and wine and herbs, and returned to their shells for presentation. They tasted delicious...like extremely well prepared, marinated octopus. A tiny, tiny bit chewy, but not bad.

You should avoid looking at them when you eat them...because you can still see the little antennae....😂
