How do women feel about their boyfriend having a female best friend?

@Billybob2 She wouldn't care, she'd most likely be friends with her too. My wife knows that I don't and won't mess around on her, she knows that she is my #1 priority. But also I wouldn't have another "best" friend (male or female), getting married would change that status to "Very good" friend. It wouldn't change that we were friends or that they were still important to me, but my wife would always come first and a true good friend would understand that.
