Do women really dress for other women and not men, like we have been told?

I can’t speak for other women but I dress for me and what makes me feel good and when You feel good about yourself isn’t that what’s really attractive to the opposite sex?

The women I know who dress for other women do it not for sexual purposes, but for inclusion into a different social groups. There are standards that are expected and their goal is to be accepted so they can benefit from this group. Not to get laid. Getting laid is easy.

well I use the jealousy and competitive side of women in reverse as in I have some depressed friends so I dress up when I meet them and it's been making them want to try and dress better and take care of themselves. which has been helping their mood
