@SimplyTracie One was my very first childhood friend from about age 4. He lived a block away and we were like brothers. He went to a different school at about the age of 14 and we drifted apart.
Out of sight, out of mind. Then different paths in life, never getting back together, but still thinking of him as a best friend. Until we were both in our late 20's and I got the news that he had died.

@Heartlander How did he die?

@SimplyTracie Heart attack at a very young age.
We both just followed wherever the wind took us. I don't know why we never wrote or called one another. Like took it for granted that he was still there, and we could easily pick up where we left off.
