Me too. But who needs love? It's fine. You don't have to love people or be loved by people to have a decent life. You can get what you need, affection, companionship, sex, etc. Doesn't matter if it's some bigger-than-life thing, to me. The romanticism is what disillusions people, sets expectations too high, which will lead to disappointment, imo. It's much more freeing, imo, to not believe in love and just appreciate what you do have. And take the steps--and work--necessary to fulfill your base needs.
