What is the nicest way to cancel a date without informing them of your personal issues

I am interested, but due to some complications that I do not wish to share, I am not entirely sure when we can. I feel guilty, maybe it is best to just let it go?

I think you can say personal issues, without having to go into details. The other person should be clear on it not being about them specifically.
Things happen, they should understand.
