My crush and his best female friend are now saying! How can I get rid of this hurt and jealousy?

My guy friend told me bluntly that he only sees me as a sister and not the romantic type when I confessed my feelings towards him. I was heartbroken. He told me he just admitted to his best female friend that he is in love with her and asked her out. I told him, "Well thanks for being honest and have a fun date." Then when I got home, I started CRYING! I saw on his Instagram that they had am amazing date. Now they're a couple. I can't stand seeing them happy. If course I want him and he to be happy but I get jealous seeing them. My best friend told me I need to get over it and move on. There is a lot of other guys plus our childhood friend seems to like me and I'm not seeing that he liked me for a long time. I want my guy friend! I was in bed moping all day and my best friend called and told me, "Get your ass up!" 😭😭😭😭😭

@LaurieKitKat94 I mean, your so called best friend obviously doesn’t take your pain seriously or they would be nicer, plus your guy friend was VERY, very rude by telling you that he’s gotten with someone else. They seem like trash to me, and I wouldn’t tolerate that sort of behavior.
