Give up on dating. Instead, take up a fascinating new hobby (I recommend metal detecting and a metal detecting club) which involves, or can involve, groups of people. Or decide to learn something like a new language and you will meet people in the group you are in and have something to talk about.

Learn to ride a unicycle. It's not as hard as it looks.

Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and build a house.

Take a pottery class and create your own set of dishes. Learn both mold casting and wheel thrown pottery.

Join a book club.

When you meet people to do something or discuss something, it feels more natural. And people show up because they're interested. It's really a better way to meet people than dating. Dating is for teenagers and young people.

Just go with the flow. You will find one for sure.

don't they do that cuz they lost interest or totally have given up with anything happening and they are looking to escape. they want her to tell them to drive her home. to him, she is the one who ruined things.

People are just selfish. They don't settle down unless they are against the wall or meet the ONE, freshly falling from the sky. :-)
