Is there a reason why I can’t tell her that I’m in Love with her when she’s already taken?

There have been some occasional times to where want to but the only thing that sucks about it is that it’s a Work Place. It’s the only thing that’s making me keeping my distance from the situation I’m in and yes I do know, it’s quite dangerous to do such a thing.
