What do I do?

I’m fairly sure my husband is cheating on me with his ex but I have no solid proof. He always deletes his chat with her so I can’t see their messages so I can’t use that. I’ve seen more stuff but it could be explained away if I confronted him. How do I gain evidence and then what do I do with it after?

It sounds like trust is already broken. You are going to have to talk to him seriously about that. If you can't trust him to be honest with you, then it's time to get out.
