I constantly overthink in my relationship for no reason, I always think the worst even though I have it so good?

I have such a lovely happy relationship but my head and insecurities get in the way and I want to know if anyone has good ways of coping and managing anxiety without using medication?

Something I read recently, a quote from someone ... Of all the bad things I ever imagined happening to me, none of them ever did .... It's worth keeping in mind
