This is fairly common for someone your age. Remember, YOU created this anxiety mindset, thus, you can undo it as well.
Note my user name, it has a reason. Many months ago I too was in a bad place, felt empty, useless, yes and anxious. Someone told me, "David, look around at all the things you have to be grateful for.
This really struck me, so now I do this VERY long list which I express verbally, every evening and night.
Example: I am grateful for my home, all it contains, the comfort and happiness it brings me, then I continue on with everything I can think of,
my health, my cat's, my friends, (I name every one I can think of, each time I think of something, i repeat "I am grateful"
Yoy can do this and include, "I am grateful I have no fears which cause anxiety" "I am grateful I know these fears/anxieties are a false belief.
I have noticed in recent months, ho differently I view the world. How beautiful the flowers, animals, the colors more vivid, my overall outlook on life is positive. I haven't had a panic attack or fear issue. I'm off of my meds.
Just a suggestion. This exercise in affirming the beauty surrounding me
is changing my life.
I also avoid "drama addicts" or negative people.
Hope you consider this. Good luck!

@Grateful4you I get so emotional man I started reading the first line and cried. Thankyou for being really open its nice to see other views and opinions and I will try to take this into account. I feel as I don't have friends in this new area that I'm living I have no one to vent to other than him and his family and I mean I have to have some privacy so thankyou for that, really!

@MarHar99 First off, thanks so much for BA that means a lot to me.
Given a new "Grateful" attitude you will start attracting people who are more aligned with the posistivity you are seeking.
I am going to add you if you need to talk sometime. Oh, and I forgot, everyday I make it a point to say something nice, or at least make a smile.
I have a guest here now for coffee, will be back in a while.
Wishing you my very best. Remember the old saying, "YOU can be the change you want to see in the world"
Again, thank you!
