I constantly overthink in my relationship for no reason, I always think the worst even though I have it so good?

I have such a lovely happy relationship but my head and insecurities get in the way and I want to know if anyone has good ways of coping and managing anxiety without using medication?

Sometimes just talking about them with your partner can help. But that takes a lot of courage to do. I feel it's often the best way though.

@bigryand Yeah, I talk A LOT and I feel like when I do over talk a lot then it becomes repetitive and gets boring especially when I'm feeling really anxious... I end up talking myself into an argument and then regretting it later on. He is really understanding but I can't shake the anxiety of messing it up :(

@MarHar99 Maybe therapy is needed? Or just talking to someone else first?

Maybe you're right. I guess therapy is an option but I have been down that route since the age of 9 and never got well with all the different types and don't want to depend on others constantly to have reassurance :(

@MarHar99 Maybe ask for natural drugs to help. Look for something called GABA. I've heard it does wonders.
