now days its open season I guess ,
Some girls figure if they wait ,,the school slut might win over the man she likes ,,
I would tell my Granddaughter to go for it ,
though in my day ,,a Mom would have labeled her a slut
"Ladies just didn't do such things"
But one thing still hasn't changed ,
He still has to pass muster with the parents ,in my case me
and we have to meet his parents and trust has to be gained before he takes her off anywhere alone ,,,
I have 3 granddaughters from being overly trusting ,,and 2 dead beat ex son in laws ..(one got himself killed ,but he still never supported his kids ,,I did )
Recently a boy asked my Granddaughter to the prom ,,they had a good time ,
She told him he had to meet me before they could date
he said whats the big deal ,,even bragged on face book her family was in for a surprise that he was a wise ass and was not putting up with any lectures from "Some old man ",he was going to teach her a thing or two ,,
When I asked was he accustom to bragging about his lack of respect to his dates parents ,,He replied "Yea what business is it of yours old man ,I am a wise ass ,what of it "?
My granddaughter replied ,,Meet my Papaw ,and I replied
"guess who is not dating my granddaughter ".
To hurt her ,last weekend her sends her pics saying he was with the 2 girls in the pic ,,"Having a good time "
The girls texted my granddaughter "maybe in his dreams "
She was at a party ,actually having a good time
He is the reason she still wants us to meet guys she likes
and she wants me on her face book account
