I clean with Ammonia and it irritates my nose and throat...

I've always heard you're supposed to use a face mask when cleaning with ammonia because of how toxic it is to inhale. But unless you're using it in high concentrations and for an extended period of time, I would hope you wouldn't have long term damage. Just discomfort.
