What did your SO give you for Valentines Day ?

We technically aren’t celebrating valentine’s day until Saturday since I had to work all day on valentine’s and had class. Which we just plain to cook together Saturday and do a seafood boil! I do know he got me this cute build a bear, and several different types of bathbombs from this bath place called lush I like since I really enjoy bath bombs. 😺 He picked out a lot of cool ones. He said he knows I don’t really care for flowers or sweets so he went with bathbombs. I thought it was one of the most thought out gifts I’ve ever gotten. He explained to me his experience of going in there and how he picked out each one and why he chose the ones he picked out. 😊 I really enjoyed how simple and sweet our gift exchanges were.

She gave me her time and her presence and her love. And, she made me the cutest and most heart warming list containing reasons why I'm her love. 😌

I sent her flowers and chocolate but apparently they didn't show up..
She's 750 miles away..
I ordered them through a local florist , i didn't think it would be a problem

I gave my wife a Valentine card expressing My feelings toward her and our relationship, and she gave me what she always does...her love. I'm going to cook us a nice dinner tonight, but other than that we didn't really celebrate Valentine's Day (we never really do) because we share and express our love for one another every day of the year (every day is Valentine's Day for us). I had to work yesterday morning until later in the evening so there wasn't much time for a lot...I'm off today so we'll see😉

We swapped cards as it also our anniversary (43 years), went up to London, saw an exhibition, then returned to our town for a light bite out.
