Is it weird that my girlfriend prefers the term "hot" over "beautiful"?

It's almost like women are individual people with their own thoughts and preferences and not a hivemind.

It's common with girls with low self-esteem. If they don't think they're beautiful they can often hate being called it as it's a reminder that they're not

I always used to get 'cute' and it annoyed me. Like it made me feel childish or like I was not seen as a women. I think because I am blonde and 'nice'.

Maybe she just wants to feel more sexy
