How would you feel if you got divorced, the ex gets the house which you are still paying for and the ex's new partner moves in?

Assets should be divided at the time of divorce

@InOtterWords Technically yes.. but I know of a few people whom this has actually happened to and it's court ordered.

@InOtterWords Ex's do many things considered to be wrong.

In my one friend's case, she got the house and he is paying for it... yes she had kids but they were not his... and the kids' FATHER moved in with her!
