Yes to some level, but if you are forcing it much or under pressure in some manner it won't be as healthy as it couldve been with the real connections. A natural bond with no catch and never rushed onky to then hault and be justa mess with their drama baggage. If they cheat and lie to your face twofaced many times during and after that, then even more so. So barely a yes, because it's not just about developing over time. It has to be real on both ends first and not agenda based.
