For me, it nearly always grows as my affection for someone grows. Weirdly, then the next people I am attracted to look like the ones I last became attacted to over time.
@GlassDog I'm a similar way. I didn't think my ex was particularly attractive at first, but she became the most beautiful person in the world to me. And now people that look like her still look attractive to me many years later.
@GlassDog oh wait I had to reread your comment. 😆 I’ve actually known someone like that the next person they end up dating looks like the last person they dated. I always thought that was odd as well 🤨
@DDonde That's exactly it. When someone said they didn't think my ex was that good looking, I couldn't believe my ears. And yet I remember, when I first met her, I thought she looked really strange.
