@SevenTierCrazyCake yes... it contains some good and well documented stats in it..
@memyselfandyou we actually don’t get paid less though. There are however a lot of factors as to why we earn less on average.
To name but a few: pregnancy, as someone else here said, the fact that we tend to choose careers that on average have lower wages, the fact that men on average work more hours.
Wikipedia is not a good source of reference, stats or not. That’s just silly.
