I knew both a man and a woman that would only seek out married people for sexual liaisons.
They (both) said it was because they knew the person would not leave their spouse so to them it was basically a no strings attached relationship.

A lot of it is for sex...They can have the person who turns them on without any of the attachment or commitment. It is also a lot of arrogance in knowing/thinking that they can have or violate what someone else has. Men as well as women do it...it's the thrill of the power it gives them. And in my opinion the married person is stupid for giving in to it.
